A few of our neighborhood businesses - restaurants, bakeries, and bars that have closed during the pandemic.
Another New York icon gone. St Mark's Place staple Gem Spa decided to close for good yesterday. Spent many hours and many late night runs to purchase the latest issues of Fashion and Music magazines there. Great Vanilla Egg creams too. Johnny Thunders knew. Sad. RIP Gem Spa❤️ pic.twitter.com/mCwEh0UD0q

Good bye old friend. Sorry I didn’t visit you as often as I should’ve. But I made it one last time. #odessarestaurant pic.twitter.com/cWpSNCtA4Q

#PHILADELPHIA'S #CITYTAVERN CLOSES PERMANENTLY. Established in 1773, City Tavern was where the nation's #FoundingFathers dined, drank & celebrated. Now, it is closing permanently due to #Covid-19. https://t.co/ijgMMEEhsT
